Wasn’t sure what to expect, but this thing really does the job. I sit at a computer most of the day and my shoulders were starting to round forward pretty bad. First time I put this on I immediately felt that “pull back” in a good way.It’s not super complicated to use. Took me a minute to adjust the straps the first time, but after that it’s easy. I wear it for a couple hours at a time and it definitely helps remind me not to slouch.It’s firm but not crazy uncomfortable, overall I’m happy with it, my upper back already feels better.

This support is a bit difficult to put on alone, but quite simple with a bit of help. It is definitely worth the minor difficulty putting it on. The neck and shoulder support is wonderful.

Didn't quite fit me correctly.

Purchased for my husband who is 74 years old and is having back problems due to old age. It works well but I sometimes have to help him put it on which is due to him having very limited range of motion. He I pleased with the support and comfort.

I love mine! As long as you remember that these "correctors" are basically just reminders to stand up straight, you'll be happy with the purchase. Do not expect it to work like a medical brace. Start by using a few minutes a day and work up to more time. You will build the muscles to hold yourself straight.

This isn't fun to wear, but my hunched posture, built up from years of sitting at a computer for work, is starting to really create some pain and frustration. This is used in concert with strengthening and stretching exercises, which weren't doing enough on their own.This wears reasonably well, not very visible except in the back where you can see a bit of printing through most shirts. The design means that a doubled-up strap passes right under the arms, which over time gets uncomfortable, but it does really improve the placement of my shoulders when I'm wearing it. I'll see with more time if it helps to permanently improve things, but even when wearing at my desk for a few hours it provides some relief against hunching and bringing the shoulders forward over my keyboard and desk.

ive tried a couple of posture correctors and this one has helped me the most, particularly i realized i needed one that targets my upper back and not my lower back and this one does that great as well as this in my opinion being able to be unisex and fit a bunch of different size and height. As i am quite slender i was worried i would have trouble making it tight enough to fit, it worked for me. also the strap covers it comes with is such a nice touch because since i am slim, to get it tight enough before i put it on i have to strap it and once i got the length i needed i put the straps on and i dont have to unstrap it and its kind of like a backpack. anyway, this worked for me!
