Works as described but I didn’t see any results.

It is a mat that covers my lower back and many red bright light heat up. I think it is relaxing so far. It plugs into outlet so is close to bed or chair also has large strap to fasten around if choice is to wrap muscles. Remote for up to 30 minutes and some settings for 660or 1250 which I don’t care about. So I totally recommend.

I use the red light on my legs as suggested by my massage therapist to help with discoloration. After a few weeks of daily use it has seemed to help.

only used it twice but I feel that it work well. Great to use before bed because it makes me so exhausted. Wish people would read the directions and saying its defective. THE 850 SETTING IS INVISIBLE!!!

I've been using this on my knee, which will eventually need a replacement, but I'm not ready to go through with surgery yet. So far, it has really helped reduce the pain and stiffness. I also use it on my 13-year-old cat, who has arthritis in his hips. He actually lies still and lets me wrap it around him. I've only been using it on him for a few days, but I've already noticed a difference. Getting up onto the bed seems much easier for him now.Honestly, if it helps him more than it helps me, it's still well worth the purchase. I also like the built-in timer setting, and the cord is long enough to comfortably sit and relax in a chair while using it. It doesn't have any noticeable odor, and it doesn't get too hot during use.Overall, I'm very pleased with it and would recommend it to anyone looking for relief from pain and stiffness.

I have a large PEMF/Far Infrared Mat that’s helped my back so much and I hoped this would do the same for a sudden shin splint, where I couldn’t even use one leg. Crawling underneath it to get the front of my leg would have been unwieldy, so I ordered this. The long strap has been great with it.Five days with this twice a day, I’ve seen excellent results. I’m very happy with this product. One caution, it will dehydrate you just like the large mat, so up your liquids.

It seems to help my body heal. I’ve noticed faster healing when I’ve used it. I’m not one to believe it works I need actual experience and proof. Healing is subjective so I’ve tried it on some muscle sprains and pain and not others. The times I use it the healing period is shortened. This is not a conclusive scientific experiment, clearly. However the cost of this device with the benefits I’ve experienced makes it a worthwhile product. I wish the strap wasn’t so incredibly long, but if you want to strap this baby to a large person the strap is long enough. I mostly don’t use the strap. I wrap it around my arm or slide it down my shirt for my back. You want it next to the skin to work. It’s not magic it won’t go through clothes. The settings are good and plugs into usb so you can literally use it anywhere. I’ve had it for a few months and it continues to be reliable. The material is a bit stiff but works fine. There is zero odor. I think it’s worth a shot if you’re like me and you still work hard and your muscles are getting older and need all the help you can give them.

Helps relax my muscles in my neck better than a heating pad. It helps decrease and often eliminate my headache. My neck will often pop back into place with just turning my head to the side.Spouse used it on his knee for torn ligament vs surgery and he’s running and lifting weights.

After using for over a week I have noticed less back pain. It’s great coverage and it can be used in various part of the body. Very easy to use and no need to be laying down you could watch tv or read while. Consistency is the key and you will see results

This red light therapy pad has been great so far. I have had lymphadema in one hand/arm for years due to scar tissue. My middle finger ring size was an 10.5 on my middle finger on my lymphadema hand/arm while 7.5 on my other. I have used Spider Tape for years to help keep the swelling down since it's difficult for me to wear compression sleeves. If I don't have Spider Tape on my hand/arm, they would be a lot bigger. Since I started using this pad I have not had to use Spider Tape at all and there has been notable reduction in the size of my hand/arm. The lymphadema will never go away because of the scar tissue, but this definitely helps more than anything else I have tried.

We love this red light pad. I have wall panels, but this is great for portable, targeted therapy. My husband has been using it at bedtime for his plantar fasciitis and his feet aren’t as tight and painful when he wakes up. My daughter used it on a shoulder injury and it worked perfectly for that, too. As a jiu jitsu family, I know we’ll find lots of applications for this red light therapy pad. Great value!
